The P365-FUSE TACOPS takes the P365 platform in a more performance-driven direction, pairing extended slide length with the same TACOPS readiness shooters expect.
A factory OEM 4.9” threaded barrel increases sight radius and controllability while offering suppressor and muzzle-device compatibility straight from the factory. The longer slide and refined balance allow the FUSE to shoot flatter and track more like a full-size pistol, while retaining the slim ergonomics of the P365 family.
TACOPS enhancements include a detachable flared magwell, an extended slide catch lever, and four 21-round steel magazines, ensuring the pistol arrives well equipped for serious use. XRAY3 day/night sights support fast, consistent sighting across lighting conditions. A factory-installed ROMEO-X mounted with SIG-LOC™ completes the system without becoming the focus.
This is the P365 pushed further—more capacity, more control, and more readiness from the factory.

This firearm is available both with or without a manual safety. A manual safety – when engaged – is designed to mechanically prevent the firearm from discharging when the trigger is pressed, either intentionally or unintentionally. You should consider whether a manual safety on a handgun is right for you based on your experience level and intended use, keeping in mind best practices for safe firearms handling. It is possible for the trigger to be unintentionally pressed even under normal handling circumstances.
A manual safety is designed to augment, not replace, safe firearm handling practices. You are responsible for protecting against unintentional trigger movement while carrying any firearm. Even if you elect to purchase a pistol equipped with a manual safety, you must ensure that the trigger is not contacted in any circumstance other than when you intend to fire the pistol, particularly if you elect to carry your pistol with a round in the chamber. If you have a round in the chamber and the trigger is pressed to the rear, the pistol will fire, absent an engaged manual safety.
